Your Founding Clubs base subscription rate remains locked while your subscription stays continuously active.
The price lock applies to the base OpsHQ subscription. Optional add-ons, exceptional usage, materially higher service requirements and third-party provider charges are not included in the price lock.

Founding Clubs includes guided initial setup. Standard subscriptions include normal account setup and onboarding guidance. Data migration, extensive configuration and other specialist services may be quoted separately, with approval before any charge.
We explain any exceptional migration or specialist work, provide a quote or written estimate and obtain approval before starting. Not every migration is chargeable.
